Supertanker TD creates a game account for you when you first play — anonymously at first, and optionally connected to your Apple or Google sign-in later. Your save is stored in the cloud (Unity Gaming Services) so your progress survives a new phone. You can delete this account, and everything attached to it, at any time using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete in the game
The fastest way, effective immediately:
- Open Supertanker TD.
- Go to Settings (the gear icon) → Account.
- Tap "Delete account & data" and confirm.
This permanently deletes your game account, unlinks any connected Apple or Google sign-in, erases your cloud save, and resets all progress on your device. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the game installed, or prefer email:
Email contact@base-origin.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of the game. If you ever contacted support or made a purchase, include the email address or order ID you used so we can verify the request. We verify and complete deletion requests within 30 days.
What is deleted — and what is kept
Deleted
- Your game account (player ID) and any linked Apple / Google sign-in association.
- Your cloud save and all game progress stored on our service providers' servers.
- Support correspondence containing your personal information, on request.
Kept
- Records we are legally required to retain (for example, purchase records for tax and accounting), and information needed for security or fraud prevention — kept only as long as required.
- Data stored only on your own device (such as local settings) is under your control and is removed when you uninstall the game.
