Data & account deletion
You can request deletion of the personal data Base Origin LLC holds about you in connection with our games (including Supertanker TD) at any time.
How to request deletion: email contact@base-origin.com with the subject "Data deletion request," the name of the game, and — if you contacted us before or made a purchase — the email or order ID you used. We verify and complete deletion requests within 30 days, except for information we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud‑prevention reasons.
Our games save progress using your Apple ID or Google account rather than a separate Base Origin login, so uninstalling the game and signing out also removes the game data stored on your device. For anything processed by our advertising or analytics partners, see our Privacy Policy.

I made a purchase but didn't receive it
In‑game purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. If an item didn't arrive, first fully close and reopen the game. If it still hasn't appeared, email us your order receipt from Apple or Google and we'll sort it out.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use the Google Play order history. We're happy to help if you run into trouble.
I lost my progress / got a new phone
Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you originally played with. If progress is still missing, contact us with your account email and we'll investigate.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
